Instead of fixing my car today (I need hose clamps in a size I don’t have, oh well), I went to the final session of ODPS’ Basic Rider Skills course. Passed- now I need a bike (to ride to salvage yards when Jolene is broken)

I'm all the way in Ohio, sadly. I was riding a rebel in class and it was a wee bit small for me. I moved over to a TW200 today and found the fit much better.

Alright, that helps! :) What are you thinking about for your first bike? Of course, I recommend a 250 or higher if you want to go anywhere near a highway.

No intentions of going on the highway yet. I’ve never even been in traffic. I like the peg placement on standards and dual sports more than on cruisers though, so I'm looking at nighthawks and similar.
